ASG is family focused. The Society recognises that employees have different family responsibilities and obligations. It is also recognised that in order for employees to fulfill these responsibilities and continue to work, the workplace may need, where appropriate, to provide a certain amount of flexibility in regard to hours, leave arrangements and occasionally, different working environments.
All full-time staff are required to work an average of 35 ordinary hours per week.

You will be paid an agreed salary in equal instalments, on a fortnightly basis, directly into your nominated bank account/s.
ASG will make employer superannuation contributions on your behalf into any complying superannuation fund or retirement savings account of your choice.
All new employees appointed to ASG in Australia on an ongoing basis, will be placed on probation in order to ascertain whether the employee has the skills and capacity to carry out the job satisfactorily. Your supervisor will outline the job you are expected to perform and the work standards you will be expected to meet. The duration of the probation period is six (6) months.
ASG has a Performance Management System for all ongoing staff and management.
